Fore Design has worked closely with both our client and Flex Planning to create a new accommodation option for visitors to the Adelaide Hills, working to fill a long-established gap in the market.
The development features 29 high quality accommodation units and two street-facing retail tenancies designed to complement Hahndorf’s established character. The design maximises the use and functionality of the site while maintaining a balance with the State Heritage requirements of the town, which guided the form, heights, material selection and transition between the street-facing tenancies and the remainder of the development behind. The elegant interiors maximise light and space, with neutral colour palettes complemented by pops of colour.
