Fore Design was engaged to design this multi-faceted project, combining a wine bar, museum and gallery, and indoor and outdoor spaces all within the Heritage fabric of the Hahndorf main street. Entering from the street is a step into the history of the Wolf Blass Gallery and Wine Museum, encompassing the now restored original Hahndorf village schoolhouse. This spacious gallery leads through to the adjoining Adelaide Hills Wine Bar, which incorporates beautifully blended interior and exterior dining and function areas. The later addition of a small timber pavilion serves as a stage for outdoor entertainment.
