Dale Benlow is a Building Designer and Architectural Technician with over 20 years of experience working within architectural practices across Adelaide, Perth and Cairns. He has extensive experience in the planning, design and documentation of commercial, industrial, education, hospitality and multi-residential developments, with particular expertise in progressing projects from concept design through to 3D modelling, detailed documentation and construction.
Dale is highly skilled in consultant and authority coordination, Building Code compliance, and the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial projects. His experience includes industrial estate master planning, warehouse and self-storage developments, airport redevelopments, major mining infrastructure and commercial redevelopment projects, enabling the delivery of practical, efficient and commercially focused design outcomes.
After enjoying extensive travel around Australia, Dale has now settled back in his home state of South Australia. Outside of work, you’ll find Dale on an outdoor adventure (but only in good weather) or renovating his home.
