With experience across complex projects in prominent and heritage-sensitive contexts, he plays a key role in shaping the design direction of the practice, ensuring design outcomes are well-resolved, buildable, and commercially grounded.

With over 20 years’ experience in high-profile practices across Australia and the UK, Scott brings a highly considered, place-based approach to the design of buildings, supported by strong technical knowledge and a clear understanding of the broader urban, social and cultural context of the built environment.

Scott has led the design of a wide range of high-quality, innovative projects, Wharf 3 at Sydney’s historic Manly Wharf, the ‘new vision’ for the Museum of London, and major urban design work across Sydney and London, including Kings Cross Central and the London Olympic masterplans. More recently he has led important civic projects including the Korean War Memorial proposal in Adelaide and the Heysen Gallery in the Adelaide Hills.

He has also undertaken advisory roles with multiple councils, including design and peer reviews, contributing to well-resolved and considered development outcomes.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travelling, and spending time with his family in the Adelaide Hills.
