Jordana is the General Manager of Fore Design, where she focuses on shaping the systems and strategies that drive growth and position the business for the future. She is committed to fostering a workplace culture that is open, nurturing, and collaborative – one where the team feels empowered and supported to perform at their best, and where innovation and ideas thrive.
With a background in town planning, Jordana brings extensive experience across a broad range of complex developments in both commercial and residential environments. This foundation has given her a deep appreciation of how great design and thoughtful planning can enhance communities and support long-term business success.
Jordana is passionate about business and family business– creating environments where businesses can grow, flourish, and adapt to meet new challenges and markets.
In 2024, Jordana was appointed to the board of Regional Development Australia (Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island). She is an active member of the South Australian Business Chamber and the Thirtyniners Cohort, and an Ambassador for the Family Business Association. She is a past Chairperson of the Hahndorf Business and Tourism Association and a former member of the Planning Institute of Australia’s Young Planning Committee. In 2025, Jordana was awarded Emerging Leader in a Family Business Asia-Pacific award.
Outside of work, Jordana loves camping and turning simple, everyday experiences into memories for her young family.
